A short project at Wipro: Built a short 2D basketball program with the Box2D physics engine meant for playing basketball on a large screen using gestures with touchless AirScan technology!

Google Captcha Breaker (Image Processing)

Developed a program to automate extraction of the ROI, region of interest in captchas used by Google in Jan’ 2015, employing image processing tools of MATLAB 2014a to accomplish that. Devised a novel subroutine for advanced cropping which performs significantly better than available non-NN models for ROI at that time.

LED Follower using MSP430 Puppy

We created pseudo-random numbers with the help of hardware timers of MSP430Puppy microcontroller and time of last button press. By utilizing internals of the controller to the max, to reduce redundancy, we built LED follower with minimal and necessary circuitry. Here the player needs to press the buttons corresponding to the on LEDs within the given time frame where the speed increases exponentially with the level. We built the same on a copper board with same circuit design.

Network Planning

In Summer Internship at IDEA CELLULAR Limited, Noida, I learned the principles and working of 2G-3G planning while experiencing the working of a corporate. I worked on Network planning of Base Transceiver station’s locations and orientations.

Dog Biscuit Dispenser

Designed and deployed a dog biscuit dispenser using Arduino Uno and stepper motor in embedded C. It was my first experience with electronics and embedded coding! The dog can press the button on the machine not more than 5 times in an hour. One press dispenses one biscuit. Useful for working couples having a pet alone at home for hours.
